Woman’s Functional Fitness at the Hub

Women's Functional Fitness Classe is a recurring women's group fitness program instructed by Barb Murphy 3 times a week. Functional fitness focuses on proper form and technique while performing strength, balance and cardio exercises. Great for all fitness levels.

Men’s Functional Fitness at the Hub

Men's Functional Fitness Classes - a group fitness class for men held 3 times a week in the mornings. The classes focus on proper form, strength and balance. The exercises are designed for the individual to be able to adjust resistance and load to fit his needs and ability.
